Clovis Bobbie Harris, Jr.

CLOVIS BOBBIE HARRIS, JR., age 69 of Jemison, passed away on November 4, 2020 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. He was born in Birmingham, AL on January 25, 1951; the son of the late Clovis Bobbie Harris, Sr. and the late Georgia Mae Jones Harris.

He was a former revenue examiner with Jefferson County, Alabama. He was loved by his family and will be tremendously missed.

He is survived by: Wife, Joyce Harris of Jemison; Daughter, Jacki Harris of Birmingham; Son, Jeremy (Leona) Harris of Arab; Son, Bobbie Harris of Tarrant; Step-Daughter, Stephanie (Jason) Cobb of Tuscaloosa; Step-Son, Wes (Marcey) Dunlap of Colonial Beach, VA; 5 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Step-Grandchildren; Brother, Jim (Martha) Harris of Decatur; Brother, Billy (Angela) Harris of Warrior; Sister-in-Law, Peggy Harris of Hayden; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by: Father, Clovis Harris, Sr.; Mother, Georgia Mae Harris; and Brother, Benny Harris.

At Clovis’ request he will be cremated and no services will be held.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Callahan Eye Foundation in Birmingham, AL.
