Hoyt "Bubba" Vann Lesley, Jr.

HOYT VANN “BUBBA” LESLEY, JR., age 57 of Montevallo, passed away on November 13, 2022 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. He was born in Jefferson County on July 15, 1965; the son of the late Hoyt Vann Lesley, Sr. and Janie Mae Blackmon Kendrick.

He was a carpenter by trade, beginning his work at the age of 14.

He is survived by: Son, Benjamin (Melissa) McFarland of Alabaster; Son, Brandon (Danielle) Lesley of Montevallo; Son, Bradley Lesley of Montevallo; 8 Grandchildren; Mother, Janie (Gilbert) Kendrick of Montevallo; Sister, Paula (James) Boothe of Calera; and Brother, James (Renee) Lesley of Jemison.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Angela Lesley; and Father, Hoyt Vann Lesley, Sr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 11:00am from the Shelby Memory Gardens Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Calera, AL with Rev. Bobby McFarland and Rev. Wade Adkins officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Dargin Cemetery in Calera, AL.
