Ivan Salazar, Jr.

IVAN SALAZAR, JR., age 14 months of Montevallo, passed away suddenly on August 15, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Alabaster, AL on June 8, 2019; the son of Ivan Salazar-Ramos and Elizabeth Culp.

Ivan was a happy child that was full of laughter. He always wanted to be held. He was a momma’s boy during the day but wanted his daddy as soon as he arrived home. He loved and adored his daddy.

He is survived by:Father, Ivan Salazar-Ramos of Montevallo; Mother, Elizabeth Culp of Montevallo; Grandmother, Jennifer Culp of Maplesville; Grandmother, Tomasa Ramos Reyes of Montevallo; Grandfather, Francisco Salazar Juarez of Montevallo; Uncle, Matthew Culp of Maplesville; Uncle, Jesse Culp of Clanton; and Uncle, Gelacio Salazar-Ramos of Mexico.

He is joined in death by his Brother, Daniel Francisco Garcia.

A double visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 5-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

A double funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton with Rev. Antonio Inestroza officiating.

A private interment will follow later.
