Laura "Lassie" Jean Mills

LAURA JEAN “LASSIE” MILLS, age 58 of Clanton, passed away on October 12, 2020 at Hatley Healthcare in Clanton, AL. She was born in Chilton County on April 9, 1962; the daughter of the late Ernest B. Mills and the late Lura Porter Mills.

She was loved by her entire family and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by: Brother, Elvin Mills of Clanton; Brother, Billy Mills of Bessemer; Niece, Lesia Childress of Clanton; Niece, Vickie Land of Clanton; and a host of other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2020 from 9:30am until 10:30am at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

A graveside service will follow at 11:00am in the Archers Chapel Methodist Protestant Cemetery in Jemison, AL with Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.
