LINDA IRENE (SMITHERMAN) JONES, age 64 of Thorsby, passed away on September 9, 2022 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton, AL. She was born in Clanton, AL on January 23, 1958; the daughter of the late William Earl Smitherman and the late Pearlie Mae Blackmon Smitherman.

She was a former waitress.

She is survived by: Daughter, Misty Little of Thorsby; Daughter, Amanda (Frankie) Bryant-Williams of Thorsby; 7 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Roger Earl Smitherman of Clanton; Brother, Eddie Lane Smitherman of Clanton; Brother, David Lee Smitherman of Clanton; and Sister, Anita Ann Smitherman (Wayne) Patterson of Clanton.

A family memorial service will be held.
