Margaret "Boogie" Yvonne (Powell) Little

MARGARET YVONNE “BOOGIE” LITTLE, age 65 of Clanton, passed away on June 17, 2020 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. She was born in Clanton on October 20, 1954; the daughter of the late Monroe Lloyd Powell and the late Mary Katherine Cox Powell.

She was a former employee in the sewing factory.

She is survived by: Son, James Michael Little of Clanton; Daughter, Katherine Michelle Little of Clanton; Grandchildren: James Ryan Little, Thomas James Robinson, Michael James Little, Cadence Beth Little, Bryan Aubrey Scarbrough, Austin Ryder Little, and Charlie Owens; Great-Grandchildren: Austin Ryan Little, Connor Aaron Little, Cameron Anthony Little, and Ricky Houston Allen; Sister, Annette Glenn of Tuscaloosa; Brother, Edward Powell of Prattville; and Sister, Rebecca Mims of Clanton.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, James Aubrey Little; Grandson, Michael Aaron Little; Parents, Lloyd and Mary Powell; and Brothers, Johnny Lloyd Powell and Donald Clifton Powell.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Providence Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
