Norma Smitherman Obituary
NORMA JEAN (CLECKLER) SMITHERMAN, age 74 of Clanton, passed away on January 27, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on April 8, 1948; the daughter of the late Ruben Cleckler and the late Macie Scarbrough Cleckler.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by: Son, Ronny Joe Smitherman of Clanton; Son, Billy Joe Smitherman of Clanton; Son, Tony Dewayne Smitherman of Clanton; and 4 Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by: Husband, Bobby Joe Smitherman.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Mims and Rev. Kelvin Smitherman officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in the New Hope Community Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
