Robert Gordon Morrison

ROBERT GORDON MORRISON, age 73 of Prattville, passed away on September 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Chilton County on April 6, 1946; the son of the late Roland Morrison and the late Elizabeth Velma Edwards Morrison.

He was a former truck driver.

He is survived by: Daughter, Cindy (Larry) Kirkland of Prattville; Son, Jerry (Debra) Morrison of Clanton; Son, Randy (Renae) Morrison of Clanton; Son, Terry (Elizabeth) Morrison of Clanton; 7 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild; Brother, Johnny Wayne (Mildred) Green of Montevallo; and Brother, Jerry (Debbie) Littleton of Calera.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Jane Morrison; Parents, Roland and Velma Morrison; and Brother, Perry Morrison.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:00am from The Church of God’s Word with Rev. Ray Edwards, Rev. Teddy Chadwick, and Rev. Kenny Coburn officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Providence Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
