KEVIN TODD ABBOTT, age 43 of Jemison, went to sleep in Jesus on Friday, September 17, 2021. He was born on September 5, 1978 in Selma, AL to Billy and the late Elaine Abbott. He married his blessed wife, Melissa on February 9, 2003. His two beautiful daughters, Carissa and Ava Abbott, were his world.
Todd lived his life never meeting a stranger, while blessing people with his infectious smile. You knew you were in his circle of friends if he called you buddy. He truly was a servant of the Lord working as a Roadmaster for Watco Railroad and doing for others less fortunate, whether it was handing out food on the weekend or participating in a building project for someone in need. He was never afraid of hard work. Todd loved God, his family, Alabama Football, and hunting with friends. If you were blessed to know Todd, then you knew you had a friend for life who would do anything for you.
He is survived by: Wife, Melissa Abbott; Daughters, Carissa and Ava Abbott; Father, Billy Abbott; Brother, Michael Abbott; Sister-in-Law, Cherice (Curtis) Daniel; Brother-in-Law, Dusty (Brooke) Cleckler; Mother-in-Law, Marcia Cleckler; and a host of other family and dear friends.
